This is the new home of Dustin Rippetoe and Way of Strength's blog: Living the Way! Pardon the mess here and on the current site. We have lots going on and everything is in flux. We will have more news and updates so stay tuned! Namely, Kenzie and I are heading to San Diego for the San Diego RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) and our 10 year anniversary! Hey Dustin, I wanted to send a HUMONGOUS thank you for all of your help at the RKC, San Diego. You should have mentioned your 10 year anniversary. What a wonderful blog to read how you care for your wife. Anyway, Monique and I are busy trying to draw new clients into our already existing kettlebell classes. We are hoping to have a workshop next month particularly for people outside of the studio. Well, I just wanted to touch base, and let you know that I learned a tremendous amount from you and greatly appreciated all of the encouragement.
